I take 1 crust hand-ground, spread with a little of the mixture. I fold it in 2. I distribute part of the fried minced meat along the wide part. I roll the crust and then into a snail. Place in a greased pan. I do the same with the rest of the crusts until the tray is full. After arranging all the rolls, I pour the rest of the egg mixture over them.
