Watch as Reiji of the NO LOSER race crew in Osaka, attempts to unify the street racing crews in the battle ground war zone that is Tokyo. If you're played previous Shutokou Battle / Tokyo Xtreme Racer titles, please note the gameplay mechanics for this game is slightly different. In order to pull a 100% completion, racing alone won't be good enough. You need to have the wanderers join your crew by doing specific tasks.
