His main activities are looking from side to side, thumping his fists on top of each other and scratching his back side. The games only story comes from the instruction manual, in describing the characters. None of the other characters are used or even mentioned except once at the end of the game when they run from a really big bomb, or in the multi player mode. There's a evil guy named "King of Industry.", a henchman named "Hench-Troll", Charlie and his girlfriend "Rainbow Fairy". Charlie spent $23.00 or 50.000 Euro, in the Europe instructions, it also lists the "Characters" (USA version) as "Clowns and Heros", (European instructions in German and French section only). A pre-production title for this game was listed by Official Nintendo Magazine issue number 72, page 118, as being "Charlie Blast's Challenge", IGN.com also confirms this.
