Panzer Dragoon (Sega Ages 2500) [PS2] by SEGA [HD] [1080p]

Sega Ages 2500 (セガエイジス2500) was a Japanese-exclusive PS2 budget label featuring rereleases of classic Sega games, many of which were remade using modern computer graphics. Work was outsourced to several different studios, and quality varied quite a bit from title to title. Panzer Dragoon (パンツァードラグーン), which you're seeing here, is a pretty mixed bag. For each thing it gets right, you'll find something else it doesn't. For instance, check out the water. While it has a more realistic look to it, the rippling tide is no longer present. Solowing (your dragon) and some of the enemy models are much improved, but buildings and landscapes are low-res garbage. The list goes on... I would do a complete run of this game, but the emulator struggles in later levels with recording software running in the background.
