Game Over - F-22 Interceptor

F-22 Interceptor - Sega Genesis (1991) I question the purpose of an EGK that has the words “You’re dead!” light up on it when a patient dies. Also, you have to admit, the fact that the pilot survived the jet blowing THE CRAP UP all the way to the emergency room is impressive. Apparently, some of you find this really scary. Gotta keep you on your toes after the light stuff!
