[TAP] Garfield and His Nine Lives: Full 100% Walkthrough (No Damage)

This is a tool assisted playthrough. SaveStates and rewind were used to create a theoretical playthrough of the game. As the title suggests, this is a full walkthrough of Garfield and his Nine Lives, recorded via an emulator, and played without taking damage. There isn't much to say about it, other than it's a good game, and definitely deserves some love. It's below Shrek 2 on the GBA personally. Controls A: Jump B: Attack L/R: Shoulder Charge (Air)+Down: Knee Slam Your attack can be spammed in the air to make the game lag. The game is poorly optimized on the GBA, so it falls a little bit. If you attack near the peak of your jump, you can shorten the height of it. If you do a knee slam, you can ignore trampolines. This is useful in speedruns, and low%. If you see them attack, either kick them, or run away from them, and then kick them. Most enemies will be incompetent and be sitting ducks with good movement. The Circus Bear has two trampolines on either side. Jump over the bear, and use your Shoulder Charge to attack its back. When the bear takes enough damage, its front will deal damage to you. The Large Gray Cat will jump up and quake the ground, and then will roll. Jump the earthquake, and then jump over the cat itself when it rolls. Shoulder charge the back for damage. The Refrigerator does its tentacle attack, and then summons a food enemy. Kick the food to the refrigerator's door to damage it. Once at four health, use Shoulder Charge against it. The tentacle attack goes as follows, before hitting four health. Low (Jump) High (Crouch) Low, High (Jump, Crouch) Low, High, Low (Jump, Crouch, Jump) Low, High, Low, High (Jump, Crouch, Jump, Crouch) Low, High, Low, High, Low (Jump, Crouch, Jump, Crouch, Jump) After two health has been depleted from the boss, it will do its low attack first, then its high attack afterward. It should be simple to evade from that point on. Recorded using BizHawk's movie system. All 900 collectible food and nine teddy bears are collected. Played in French. No particular reason.
