It took a few years but it's finally happening, Arc System Works entry to the Kunio-kun (River City Ransom) series, Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-Kun SP: Rantou Kyousoukyoku for the 3DS is coming to the West as River City: Tokyo Rumble thanks to publisher Natsume.
