Starship Creator: Constitution-class Crew

Inveterate nerd that I am, one of my favorite computer games back in the day (20+ years ago) was Starship Creator. While simplistic by today's standards, I still find it enjoyable. In this video, I demonstrate the steps involved in the selection of a crew for a Constitution-class starship. How will the USS Greene fare on her maiden voyage?
