As for the 1080p status of this video, don't expect it beyond the 3rd video. I had to lower it to 480p so that my CPU doesn't get overworked. The more drastically you rescale with OBS, the more the CPU is used. If you're using a potato like me, try to reduce CPU usage as much as possible.
