Simulation (Manual Real gameplay) in Dream Match Tennis VR using navigation controller

This was harder than it looks. It looks like easy stuff in the video, but I had more trouble hitting the VR tennis ball right than playing real tennis in real life. In other words, this may look really cool, but I enjoy the real game a lot more. Sadly, I have no tennis partner nowadays; but I have psvr, so I gave this a shot. It's "ok"...
