Kingdom Hearts Final Mix: Obscure Items & Hidden Chests #16- Atlantica Buried Treasure (Orichalcum)

Welcome to episode 16 of my series of shorts that I am doing on YouTube, Kingdom Hearts Obscure Items & Hidden Chests. In this series I aim to compile all the collectibles which are not very well known, very hard to obtain or well hidden. Today we are back in Atlantica to dislodge the large chest stuck in the seabed outside Ariel's Grotto. As a kid I had no idea how to get this chest of the floor (I used to think it needed Gravity magic) and only after coming back years later and experimenting did I finally discover how. I'm going to share the process with you today! So first we need to get to the Sunken Ship (we can do this by riding the Dolphin or using the Shared Ability "Mermaid Kick", as the Sunken Ship is located past the fast stream of water). Once here we need to enter the cave behind the ship to take us to the Undersea Gorge and this is actually the same area where Ariel's Grotto is located (and where we were at the start of the video). To get back we need to swim up and through a small hole in the seabed. But there's one problem... the hole is blocked by that same buried treasure. So to dislodge it; hit the geyser on the seabed (this creates an upwards stream of water) and then swim upwards by holding the circle button (hold the button firm or you will not have the strength to dislodge the chest). Swimming up with the power of the newly created current allows us to push the chest free. Open it up to obtain an Orichalcum! Thanks for watching.
