Spooky Pinball's Halloween - v1.01

Gameplay and some tutorial bits from the most recent v1.01 code on Spooky Pinball's Halloween. Plenty of bugs in this version of code. Can you spot them all? :P The 4th game (58:34) shows the current state of the wizard mode where the upper flipper is not programmed to flip despite being required for one of the last few shots for the wizard mode.
