Morning Musume in 360° on PS2: Space Venus | Gameplay Harmonies

To celebrate the release of my book, Gameplay Harmonies (link to buy below), we take a look at the technological experiment that was Space Venus Starring Morning Musume, on the PlayStation 2. It had a lot of backing from Sony Music Entertainment, who used it as a test bed for a new camera that was capable of filming in a full 360 degrees. They saw the PS2 as the ultimate testing ground, and Morning Musume as the ultimate test subjects, for this new revolutionary tech.
