This is the longplay of Spider-Man: Mysterio's Menace, an action and platform game produced by Vicarious Visions and distributed by Activision, released in 2001 in the United States and Europe and in 2002 in Japan. This game was released exclusively for the Game Boy Advance. The game's story probably takes place a few months after Spider-Man 2: Enter Electro (game released for Playstation. Mysterio's Menace begins with Mary Jane Watson reminding Peter Parker to buy a new aquarium for his fish. However, Peter dresses up as Spider-Man and goes out to investigate some criminal activities taking place one night, which pits him against a rogue gallery of villains, including Rhino, Hammerhead, Electro, Big Wheel and Scorpion, who are led by the titular antagonist. of the game: the Master of Illusion, Mysterio. In the game, we control Spider-Man, who can attack with punches, kicks and use his webs to hang from the ceiling, trap enemies or hit them hard. To help with his mission, the hero can collect items to recover life, web and also gray and blue armor (which increases the level of his life). In addition to common items, the hero needs to collect upgrades that increase the web level and grant him protection against fire and electricity. The game is non-linear and levels can be revisited for upgrades, but I tried to record it so that it only took one visit to each level.
