The arcade version has a full crowd on screen, a larger scoreboard in the background, plus it uses some slightly different animations than the console Wayne Gretzky's 3D Hockey games. It's also a lot harder to control since it's limited to just three buttons, and you're required to hold down two to three buttons at a time to pull off certain moves. You'll definitely want to play this with an arcade joystick and arcade button layout for the best experience. I've only seen one of the machines in my lifetime.
