You only need a Japanese DVD version of the game , DVD Decrypter since CSS Macrovision (or AnyDVD) , a bunch of FPS smooth motion scripts in Avisynth (or Flowframes), and a AI upscaler (Waifu or some depry paid one Topaz Video Enhance AI) and then dump the game logic from the DVD to script... make a site , add hot spots... use a template that mirrors a StarTrek Console , host the game ... and then hope Viacom or Paramount does not C&D it So visit Owen at his    / @odavies   place to see many more projects of his ... from the Remasters of WingCommander , to DVD TV shows AI upscaled to 4K ...
