In this video we critically review ULTRAWINGS for the OculusRift Played with the Oculus touch controllers. Good Very polished game play Very polished graphics Game modes can be really fun Original game mechanics that take advantage of VR Runs Well , very stable and bug free Has options to accommodate people sensitive to motion sickness Nice upbeat music Very relaxing to play Genuinely feels like flying at times Really fun using the hand controllers inside of the cockpit Realy nice in game audio for wind engine and rocket BAD Game feels really lacking in content Content is spread really thin to make the game take longer to complete. Game world more sterile and lifeless than a anti bacterial kitchen wipe. Huge dead zone when using right analog stick to fly Touch control of the plane can make harder levels difficult due to not knowing where the stick or throttle is Game forces you to use touch yolk control to do some missions Some audio bugs where announcer voice is looped repeatedly Lack of variation in missions James's Personal Thoughts Would be really nice if they took more of an "accounting" "stanly parable" "portal" type aproach with the tanoy guy and tutorial woman Would be really nice to have more life in the game , different animals , birds , sheep and some humor to them People new to VR will probably enjoy it much more with the impact of VR and flying in VR for the first time being enough to keep the game exciting.
