The Walking Vegetables - Any% Speedrun WR [ 10:11

Sub 10 minutes RTA is completely possible but it'll be something of a grind, this run had decent RNG with the minimum possible streets to clear, getting an RPG and dual shotguns, and the wand for the final bossfight. However I did have a pistol for the duration of areas 1 and 2, suppose I'd got a rifle immediately this run could've been sub-10 by a long way.
