Бывший лидер легендарной группы «Неприкасаемые» Элиот Несс желал спокойно жить, работать потихоньку в своей закусочной и не задумываться о том, что его родной город, Санта-Эсперанза, погряз в коррупции. Но не всегда всё идет по плану. Видя, что полиция закрывает глаза на частые пропажи детей, Элиот решает заняться расследованием самостоятельно, выследить преступника и привлечь его к суду любым способом, даже если для этого ему придется отказаться от своей мечты о мирном существовании и снова погрузиться в жизнь, полную перестрелок, наемных убийц и бандитов.
