A friendship bracelet with string is a unique and special present to give to those close to your heart. The Marteniza is a talisman for health and a long life. The colors - red for red cheeks and white for old age (white hair). You wear it on your left hand (heart side) as a bracelet. You wear the red and white lucky charms until you see the first sign of spring - a stork, a swallow or a tree in bloom. Then (by April 1st at the latest) you hang them on a tree or put them under a stone and make a wish for something beautiful. In this video i show a very simple way haw to do it. 1. What we will need: yarn two colors, crayons, scissors, blanket 2. I cut white and red yarn 2 X 1m and 2 X 50cm so i get 4 pieces about 10 cm in this way, I tie without tightening. 3. I take a pin and lock the yarn in the middle, I have a styrofoam under the blanket. 4. I take the white end and wrap it around the red that way, important 1X to the right 1X to the left. 5. I repeat the same thing 6 times. For convenience, I move the knit up 6. Showing once more slowly. 7. I take a pin and lock it. 8. I repeat mirrori with the red yarn again 6 times 9. Now I connect the two ends 10 The following are 3 macrame nodes, 1 X to the right 1 X to the left. 11. I keep going so the red yarn is on the right. 12 ... so it is looking in blue. 13.
