PS2 - Shadow Hearts: From the New World Part 34 - Final Side-Quest Roundup

RetroPlay: Video Game Walkthroughs Shadow Hearts: From the New World by: OmegaSion To prepare for their final battle with Lady, the party go to gather their best equipment. Not a lot of fighting in this video. It's mostly just running from area to area to either unlock optional dungeons, or grab a piece of equipment. First we head back to the Agency to learn more about how Lenny and Johnny met. Lenny will give Johnny his best armor after the conversation. Off to Harlem, where we'll find a new snap trader has arrived, which we can trade for his first request already. Next up to Chelsea, where we learn of a bat that's taken up residence in the theater. Upon investigating we find it to be Hilda's grandfather. He offer's Hilda a key under one condition, she can survive the "tough" battle with him. Your reward for this "very difficult" fight is Hilda's best weapon. Off to the Grand Canyon, where Nvwoti has some sketchy info about a new UMA. In order to get all the info we'll have to head to Arkham University to find the group's file. While at Arkham, if you've been diligent in wearing the Pedometer and Step Doubler/Tripler, you should have enough steps now (10,000 steps) to grab Ricardo's best armor. When you reach the map a new area will pop up, this is for Natan's UMA quest. However we'll not go there yet. Back to the Grand Canyon, go into the back tent and talk to Zhonda and pick up Natan's best weapon. Next up, to Chicago. Go to the back alley where we first fought the gangsters to find one of them looking for someone suspicious. Go into the storage room right next to him to find the guy hiding in a corner. Talk to him to grab Mao's best weapon. While we're here, go to the Four Deuces and talk to Capone. He'll give Ricardo a bit of info. Head out to the map and the Doll House will pop up. Again we'll not go there yet. Next destination is Roswell. Go into the building and chat with Roger. Good to see things haven't changed with the old guy. He wants you to find him a copy of N.Y. Heaven. While you're here, go into Area51, all the way to the control room and talk to Chief Strange. He'll give Frank his best armor. Next up, to Alcatraz. Go to the Kitchen and talk to the detective. Looks like he's got a copy of N.Y. Heaven, which Mao bullies him out of. Return it to Roger to get Johnny's best weapon. Next to the Pirate Fort. Turn in some Snap Trades, then talk to Anne to be challenged to yet another ten question quiz. Get all the questions right to snag Shania's best armor. Off to Rio, look in front of the restaurant on the right to find a familiar bat laying on the ground. Looks like Hilda's wanting to bust in to help her bro out. We'll do that later. Back in the back of Rio we find Britney again, who tells Frank the Jonin wishes to talk to him. Back to the map and another area will pop up. Phew, there's more to come, but before I can continue I have to grind some souls for Shania. Thankfully, we're almost done with all the fetch portions and can start diving into the optional dungeons.
