Dino Dini's Soccer (SNES) World Cup as England

Dino Dini was a game designer, not a football player, you might be thinking of Dino Zoff. And this game is nothing to do with dinosaurs either. Anyway, the SNES version of this game is much easier than the Mega Drive version because it's actually easy to control the ball (try controlling the ball in the Mega Drive version of this game, I dare you). Though defending is completely rubbish and scoring is difficult. And this game is surprisingly violent with a lot of tackles and fouls, which unfortunately slow the game to a crawl. Still a decent game though. And this game has a large selection of teams and is surely one of the only games to have Qatar as a selectable team in 1994. So this World Cup mode actually features teams who have qualified this year. How far do I get with England here?
