The First Ever Super Cable Boy TAS: Any% in 21:09

The first Super Cable Boy TAS sure was a journey to produce. It is a time cut of 6 minutes and 34 seconds over the current world record (27:43 by Doublevil as of the publication of this video) and includes all the known strategies, skips, and glitches as of the publication of this video.
