This is "Mishka, Mishka, where's your smile?" composed by Georgiy Titov (1919-1989), both melody and lyrics, in the early 1940s. The song is sung from the feminine perspective, but according to Tito's widow was actually written about the composer's sweetheart Micaela, with whom he had a love affair in the early 1940s.
