Spellcraft - Aspects of Valor - Part 3 - Simulacrums and Buggy Progression

Part 3 of a playthrough of Spellcraft: Aspects of Valor. Spellcraft is an old, 1992 DOS game from an obscure developer: Asciisoft. This game has many facets to it, including the combat portion, managing spells/ingredients/money, making/upgrading spells, visiting allies to progress the story, and using the book which came with the game, as many old DOS games did... Unfortunately this leaves pretty much most people in the lurch, but I will note that as long as you can get a copy of the spell sheet, which is available online in a few places, you'll find you don't really need the extra stuff in the book anyway, though some recipes may be a bit tougher to figure out (note the order the characters say ingredients in, as well as look for patterns in recipe amounts). Buggy progression aside, gameplay continues. In this part I travel between Terra and the realms until remaking Dispel to fix the story-progression. I also fight 'wizard' simulacrums for the first time in the Earth, Fire, and Air realms. Simulacrums are basically the exact same as the lord and minion wizards, but scaled to the part of the game they appear in (which is a couple) in terms of their health, damage, and spells. I die for the first time while mixing spells; the mind-spell death is gruesome, heh, but luckily Garwayen saved me from the Death Domain this time... Download the "blank" spell sheet here:
