I found a pitiful little kitten by the roadside, with blue eyes full of helplessness that was heartbreaking to see. While preparing to rescue him, I encountered a second kitten, so I decided to take them both to the veterinary hospital for examination. The doctor said these two were Devon Rex cats, only one month old, with some skin conditions that weren't too serious, and fortunately no feline distemper which could be fatal. Now the little ones have a new home, with toys and cat beds, and are slowly recovering. Soon they'll be able to play happily with the resident cats at home.
