Пост до полуночи🌾 🎉Самый большой праздник этого месяца и вообще всего года приходится на 8й лунный день месяца Бхадра, это Шри Кришна Джанмаштами – день рождения Господа Кришны. В этот день идёт пост от восхода солнца до полуночи. Традиционно вайшнавы проводят в этот день сухой пост, выход из поста в 12ть ночи экадашным прасадом, например водой, фруктами, молоком. Те, кому сложно поститься на сухую, могут пить воду, есть фрукты, картофель, молоко. Два дня в году – на Джанмаштами и Гауру Пурниму – вайшнавами проводится самый строгий пост, насколько позволяет здоровье. «Джанмаштами» буквально переводится как «рождённый в аштами», то есть в 8е лунные сутки. И Кришна и его вечная божественная супруга Радхарани выбрали 8е лунные сутки днём своего рождения. День явления Радхарани будет через две недели на 8й день растущей луны. Но почему божественная чета выбрала для своего рождения астрологически не благоприятный 8й лунный день? Обычно аватары Бога и святые рождаются в самые благоприятные дни. А тут Кришна решил не благоприятный день сделать благоприятным, благословив его своим рождением. 💃В праздник Джанмаштами задача преданного порадовать своего Господа, поэтому преданные поют и танцуют для Бога, украшают алтарь цветами, зажигают лампады и благовония, готовят для Бога разные вегетарианские вкусности, а сами вкушают предложенную пищу на следующий день. Один из основных элементов праздника является Кришна-катха, то есть слушание и рассказывание Кришна-лил. ✨August 26, 2024 – Janmashtami: the day of the appearance of Lord Krishna. The day of Radharani's appearance will be in two weeks on the 8th day of the rising moon. But why did the divine couple choose an astrologically unfavorable 8th lunar day for their birth? Usually, avatars of God and saints are born on the most auspicious days. And then Krishna decided to make an unfavorable day auspicious by blessing it with his birth. On Janmashtami day, a devotee's task is to please his Lord, so devotees sing and dance for God, decorate the altar with flowers, light lamps and incense, cook various vegetarian goodies for God, and themselves eat the food offered the next day.
