This game, which costs money on Steam, has 12.18 seconds of Loading & then 26.16 seconds of gameplay if you do it right for $0.84. This is why I dread seeing GameGuru go on sale. Also I just noticed this is another in my series of 'Games where the speedrun is faster than the trailer', the trailer is 50 seconds.
