Aqua Moto Racing Utopia 2016 PlayStation 4, Switch, PC, Wii U Gameplay One of the games main attractions is the single player championships. There are three different championships to choose from. Runabout, Ski, and Freestyle. Runabout and Ski are types of jet skis. The runabout watercraft features a seated position and can sometimes carry more than one passenger. The ski watercraft commonly referred to as “jet ski” is a single person watercraft featuring a standing rider position. As the names of the Runabout and Ski championships imply, they each feature either Runabout or Ski watercraft. Players race in races with 8 participants. The goal of the races is to complete the required amount of laps while navigating the buoys placed around the track. There are two types of buoys, red and yellow. A red buoy needs to be passed on the right side and a yellow buoy needs to be passed on the left side.
