A full look at all four tables included in Digital Pinball: Last Gladiators on the Sega Saturn. We start with a complete look at the four main tables, the first being Gladiators which we even show the wizard mode in action. Before taking far shorter looks at Knight of the Roses, Dragon Showdown and Warlock. It's fair to say two of the tables are really good and two have problems. The left ramp on Knight of the Roses can't be hit unless the ball is running at high speed and the design of Dragon Showdown is rather messy in the centre. On the plus side there is far more to do on each table than the ones in its sequel Necronomicon which also only had three tables. In 1997 Digital Pinball: Last Gladiators Ver. 9.7 was released and uses the improved Necronomicon physics engine with added extras, such as a demo of the sequel and an improved high scoreboard that saves the top five scores and not just the highest score. However this improved release was only released in Japan.
