P.O.S.T. - Потерявшие веру (1989) Thrash Metal Tver, USSR (Russia) P.O.S.T. was formed in May 1989 under the name ПОСТ (Russian for Post). First line-up: Valery Pryaltsin (guitar), Andrey Medvedev (bass), Dmitry Strashilin (drums), in that year they recorded the first band's album. In 1990 the band changes its name into English writing - P.O.S.T. The next album was recorded in 1994 with entirely new line-up and was called "Paroxysm Of Sudden Thrill", the album was highly appreciated among metal fans. Few years later in 1996 the band splits up. The band during its life worked on stage with such eminent Russian bands as E.S.T., Korrozia Metalla, Master, Trizna.
