Kenny Dalglish Soccer Manager (ZX Spectrum, 1989), Part 2: Upstarts to Cup-Double and Double Winners

Having risen from the 4th to the 1st division with promotions every other season, we consistently finish in the top half of the table, winning more than we lose and scoring more than we concede, but the final pieces of the jigsaw proove to be elusive. Finally, in our 4th season in the top flight, we win both cups and narrowly fail to maintain a challenge for the title. The next season is an anti-climax, with early eliminations from both cups and another failure to maintain a title challenge, but the season after that is a glorious culmination in which we win the league title and the F.A. Cup.
