Разборка-сборка и модернизация ручки Shimano Deore BL-M506 (Disassembly-assembly and modernization)

Республика Беларусь, Жлобин. Ручка Shimano Deore BL-M506 имела стандартный дефект большинства ручек Shimano: после попадания грязи и пыли в мастер-цилиндр (далее МЦ) ручка начала течь. Была произведена разборка, чистка всех компонентов ручки. Затем произведена полировка поверхностей МЦ примерно в состояние "зеркала", но без переусердствования. Ручка была модернизирована. Использован набор (пыльники и толкатели) Дмитрия Городилина (Москва) для исключения попадания инородных тел в МЦ в будущем. Для чего был укорочен поршень и выполнено новое углубление под толкатель. Также выполнена возможность разборки-сборки ручки на подобие более технически продвинутых ручек Shimano и регулировка положения ручки относительно руля болтом-барашкем. The handle has been modernized. A set (anthers and pushers) by Dmitry Gorodilin (Moscow) was used to exclude the ingress of foreign bodies into the MC in the future. Why the piston was shortened and a new recess under the pusher was made. It is also possible to disassemble and assemble the handle similar to the more technically advanced Shimano levers and adjust the position of the handle relative to the handlebars with a wing bolt.
