Let's Play GBA 418: Koro Koro Puzzle Happy Panechu! (J)

This is a "match 3" type game where you tilt the GBA in order to slide the pieces around... Either I'm really bad at the game, or I am failing to understand how to actually beat the level. I keep shooting rockets, and the meter on the left seems to be going down, but it seems like it takes a LOT of hits. So I'm probably doing something wrong, as it's only the first level.
