Of course they are, how is that even a question, here's an early art game. Originally released in Japan in 1991 (1994 in the US) it's Haruhiko Shono's Alice : An Interactive Museum. Note, while the game contains nudity it has been fed through industry strength censors and should be safe for general viewing but use discretion.
