Ensemble members: • Dafinka Damyanova – vocals (soloist of the choir The Mystery of the Bulgarian Voices) • Nadia Encheva – oboe (principal oboe of the State Opera – Varna) • Aleksey Enchev – Bulgarian bagpipes Depending on the event, the ensemble also includes a pianist, accordionist, or percussionist. “Zaran” is a musical journey into the soul of Bulgaria – the repertoire features both authentic folk themes and original arrangements with modern elements, always with profound respect for Bulgarian roots.
