A bridge must be built and a road has to be paved. Using dynamite, blast away the big boulders and push the pieces to the machine that produces parts of the bridge by using a bulldozer. Use the excavator w/ the claw to grab the bridge pieces and bring them to the gap (where the bridge will be built). After the bridge is complete, it's now time for the roads. Use the grade leveler to level the ground, the steam roller to flatten the ground, and the road paver to pave the road.
