Music: Atsuyoshi Isemura Programmed, Arranged, and DAT Mix by Atsuyoshi Isemura Game: Farland Story - Shirogane no Tsubasa (AKA Farland Story IV: The Silver Wings) Japanese Title: ファーランドストーリー —白銀の翼— Release Date: November 11, 1994 The Farland Story IV soundtrack was written by three composers: Naoya Shimokawa, Masataka Kitaura, and Atsuyoshi Isemura. They were assisted by composer/arranger Rikei Hirashima for programming and mixing. The soundtrack itself is quite complex - it's technically four separate versions. These include the original CD version, GS MIDI version, 86 PCM version, and FM version. Whlie the CD, GS, and 86 versions are all similar, some of the tracks contain substantial differences including removed or added sections/instruments. The FM version has been omitted here because it is very similar to the 86 version, having less channels. Personally, I think this is quite an underrated soundtrack. Overall the tracks are quite hit or miss for me, though most of them are hits. My favorites have to be 'Last Battle', 'FSS4', and 'Eat Bag'. By the way, these are the actual official song titles from ingame and I love each and every one of them.
