Premier Manager 99 PC - Manchester City #1

Apologies as the game music has drowned out my voice, will try and fix for next episode! Can I achieve any of the following on this old classic: 1) Get to the Premier League for 2000/01 as Man City did in real life? 2) Or if not, at least get there by or before 2002/03 which is from when Man City were back in PL and have not been relegated since? 3) Win the Premier League before 2011/12 as they did in real life? 4) Win the Champions League which they have never done (to date)?
