So the sequel to Pop'n Twinbee isn't a sequel at all, but a all new game. Taking the best bits from Sonic and Rocket Knight Adventures (which was also by Konami, so no harm done), the end result is a excellent platform game versus the clock. I love it! No other game lets you skyrocket up into the sky, past the clouds, into orbit and all the way to 9999 kms high! Still, some of the fans , and partly me, would love to see a proper sequel.
