Where the Toboggan Parks are And Why Use Elsewhere is Restricted Hello there! My name's Diana and I'm here to show you around wonderful Mt Buller. In just 3 hours you can drive from Melbourne and be up in the snow experience the magic of winter! Tobogganing is just one of the fun things you might like to try when you visit... At Mount Buller there are two special areas set aside for tobogganing. One is near the Horse Hill carpark and the other is up in the Village Centre just near the Clocktower and the Community Centre. These are the only areas you can ride toboggans and it is very dangerous to use toboggans on the ski run or in any other locations. You can rent toboggans from any rental outlet in Mansfield or in the Village and they are good fun for all the family. You do not need a lift ticket to use the toboggan slopes but it is a good idea to bring some dry clothes for the trip home because you might get wet after a whole day having fun in the snow!
