Zenonia 3: Strange (quest?) Room

I don't know what this room is for and I've never unlocked it on other modes except Hell, unless I somehow missed something? It has a few mobs with the boss theme playing and a single chest that contains a quest item and it replenishes everytime you exit, but quests don't exist in hell mode so it is useless.
