Disney's Stitch: Experiment 626 is a 2002 third-person shooter, action-adventure game that serves as a prequel to the 2002 Disney film Lilo & Stitch. The main voice cast reprised their voice roles for the film and game was released two days before the film. The game revolves around stitch before he is caught and put on trial in the film. In the game, he travels the galaxy collecting DNA specimens for Jumba's research to make more experiments. Jumba still controls him at this time. In his journeys, stitch battles Jumba's fellow mutator rival Dr. Habbitrale, his jealous sibling Chopsuey, and Captain Gantu who is trying to capture and arrest Jumba, 621, and 626.
