High Seas Trader - gameplay&ending (PC game, 1995.)

The High Seas Trader is a trading sim developed by Impressions, in 1995. The game is similar to other sea trading simulations with the addition of impressive graphics, containing beautiful, hand drawn screens. The music and sound effects are also very good. The trading aspect of the game is quite detailed and there are also some adventure elements and arcade sequences (i.e. gunnery combat at sea). However gameplay becomes repetitive and it takes a lot of perseverance to achieve the final goal. This video shows the elements of the gameplay, all types of ports, all treasures and achievements, and the end game sequence.
