Outbreak: Lost Hope - Onslaught (Easy)

While waiting for the patch, I opted to upload a video of me doing Onslaught mode on easy. I am doing it on this mode due to irregular enemy spawns. What I mean by this is that anything can spawn anywhere as of this video, which is going to be changed in the next patch. Depending on what drops (Reptiles...), if they are too close, you could lose just due to sheer luck. On Easy, Reptiles are easier to dispatch and once they are gone, you can focus on the big guys. My strategy at the beginning is to secure the guns, starting with the Magnum and pouch to expand my inventory. I am not able to grab the shotgun shells that are over there, but be aware there are reserves I did not use here. From there, I want to grab the SMG since I can grab some shotgun shells nearby. I want all of the Magnum ammo to make sure I can one shot Reptiles and use the other weapons on the other monsters. Lastly, I grab the Grenade Launcher since its AOE is helpful for dispatching the big monsters. Sometimes you can get them to turn on one another, which can make your life significantly easier. Now, in terms of ammo, I believe there are 14 Grenade rounds here, so you want to use them to maximize splash damage. There are only around 9 Magnum rounds, so these are best used on Reptiles. Shotgun shells are a little plentiful, and I recommend using them when you get cornered and to pick off Reptiles once you are out of Magnum ammo. As for the SMG, I only use this at the end due to how bad the ammo stacking mechanic is here. To get anything done with it, you have to use a LOT of ammo. Luckily, there was still a ton of it on the map, and a few reserves of Handgun ammo that I could have used once the Reptiles were gone. Now, if you do this in less than 25 minutes like I do here, difficulty unimportant, you get the Super Knife, which can OHKO anything in the game. If I opt to do an arrange mode game, you will probably see me abuse this, so just a heads up.
