I have grouped them according to area and accessibility when I was doing them. The last 5 tokens are in the JP Chalice of Tears, which will be in a separate video as you have to do almost the whole run, sometimes more than once to get them all, esp if you are not a mesmer or don't have a mesmer buddy with you.
