Frogatto & Friends Game Sample - PC/Indie

An absolutely splendid, beautiful indie game with excellent pixel art and very detailed environments, a great soundtrack, smooth framerate (50FPS), quirky characters and funny writing and classic gameplay. The best part? It's free! Well, it's free if you own a PC/Mac, though you'll have to pay a little if you want it on your iPhone, but it's totally worth it (I'd buy it even if it wasn't free)! You play with Frogatto who just wakes up one day and decides to look for some work when he gets much more than he bargains for, leading into a full-fledged adventure. Frogatto can get help from various creatures within the world, buy items, and fight bosses and enemies in both conventional and unconventional ways. It is a genuine throwback to the classic platformers of yore and it is completed; some indie creators may one day become inspired by this title. My only real gripe is the controls are a little loose.
