Gem Miner Dig Deeper Extreme Difficulty Ending

Finally! After so many hours of playing, I finally did it!! Now you might be wondering HOW I did it. Let me give you 15 tips of how I actually did it: 1) At the beginning of the game, first upgrade your light into a small lantern. Then buy a compact bag. After that, upgrade your pickaxe, and then your campfire. Do the same pattern, but once you reach a large lantern, do not upgrade your light level because the maximum blocks you can see is 2 block radius from a fully upgraded light level, and it is a waste of money to purchase into the maximum level. But once you fully upgrade your pickaxe, campfire, bag, and drills, you can upgrade your light level to maximum. 2) When going down on the mine, you need to have a minimum of 5 supports, 15 ladders, and 3 walkways (but it wouldn't be good if you have 3 walkways in the beginning, so don't buy walkways early in the game until you see a crevasse. After passing the level where there are crevasses, you need to have a minimum of 3 walkways). Try to go down deeper because you will encounter high price ores, but if you need some time to purchase upgrades (such as pickaxe), then do it sideways from the bottom to top. When you are confident with your upgrades, you can repeat the process (go down, but when you need time, do sideways; repeat). According to my calculations, I always keep 5 ladders when I dig too deep and require at least 10 ladders (the minimum provided is 15 ladders). 3) I used a saw after I upgraded my pickaxe to steel pickaxe before buying another upgrade. This is important because I don't want to waste more money on buying more supports and ladders; I reuse them. Sometimes when I get stuck when using a saw (surrounded by rocks and can't waste supports or ladders), I use rescue service, but I don't mine ores. This explains why you see empty places until the very bottom of the mine. 4) When you encounter an ore that is completely surrounded by the rocks, it is better to allow certain rocks to fall and it is not necessary to use supports. Once the path is clear to mining an ore, you can easily mine it without difficulty. 5) It is recommended to save your usage of supports and ladders when mining an ore under a rock. 6) I used lifts, but do purchase more often after you have steel pickaxe or better AND having a saw. It's a waste of time to purchase it early, so it'll be easier if you do it when you are deep in the mine. Once you place a lift, remove supports, ladders, and walkways from the bottom level of the placed lift to the top level. 7) Do not buy lift upgrades, seismic analysis, signs, and beacons; they are a waste of money. You can still buy survival kits, but keep it one. I have seen a dilemma between having 1 survival kit and having no survival kits. In my opinion, I recommend having 1 survival kit. To be honest, it's hard to calculate the stamina. Of course, upgrading your campfire lingers your stamina, but I do not know how the stamina depletion is calculated. 8) You will encounter a crevasse (empty pits), but according to my calculations, you should not fall into it because you will die, and in extreme mode, your save game data will be deleted (the probability of surviving the crevasse is around 1/3)! Instead, place a walkway and don't go down and fill the crevasse with ladders unless you have a saw and have a lot of supports and ladders. 9) When you are at the bottom of the crevasse, place a support because if you are going up, then the rock will sometimes kill you if you don't place the support. 10) When going down and up from the mine, you need to have an easy path of going. If you go it too wide and not vertical, you will lose more stamina. 11) You should always purchase short lifts because long lifts are more than twice expensive than short lifts. Also, long lifts reach 24 blocks and short lifts reach 12 blocks. This means that 2 short lifts equals a long lift, but 2 short lifts costs $1000 while a long lift costs $1200. 12) When completely reusing supports with a saw, sometimes it can glitch, meaning that once you remove them, save and quit the game, and then go back to the game, the support is still here. An example is at 0:14 in this video and by looking left, you can see that the supports are still there, even after you remove it. This can be very beneficial. 13) Never place a support where it also crosses a walkway. It can be very risky, and the rock can kill you instantly if there is it over the crosswalk without a support. 14) Never use ladders as supports. When you go down or take away a ladder, the rock falls instantly, which can kill you. They are not the same thing as supports. 15) You can only die in fall if the distance between the ground and you is 5 blocks or greater. At the beginning, it is hard. But when you use my ideas, it'll be easier. Further resource:
