Hi, I’m Bocco. In this video, I share a quiet little escape to Shikotsuko—a lake not far from Sapporo. Things didn’t go quite as planned: the lake got rough, my tent had to move, and I had to give up on paddleboarding for the day. But the next morning, I woke up before dawn and finally got to paddle on calm, glowing water. Moments like that—hot sandwiches, smoky firelight, and early morning stillness—made it all worth it.
