A montage of a few of my fights from the 200 or so films I have from Fighter Ace 3.5 / 4.0. All fights were flown under Level 6 / Territorial Combat (TC) settings. This showcases air combat at its finest in Fighter Ace, before its untimely demise. To those that shared the same passion of air combat, those that mastered the art of ACM, to those who consistently flew as my wingmen throughout the years, and to my brothers of The Damned, I salute you all. These dogfights were chosen as they were some of the faster-paced fights that were recorded. I have nearly 400 recorded 1v1 duels (382 Wins, 6 Losses), tens of hours of Fighter Ace film footage and hundreds of recorded sorties in Territorial Combat. If you are curious if I have any footage of you or simply would like more FA material, hit me up. And to answer the most common questions - These are actual fights - nothing is staged. The planes appear jumpy at times because this film was made from FA's built-in recorder, which approximates plane position after the fact. During aggressive turns, other players from your perspective can appear choppy. Yes, I'm Damned _Shadow_. All of these fights are flown by me. My main callsign was Shadow, but I flew under a number of others. Yes, I can turn fight - I just don't do it often because there's rarely a good reason to commit your energy state to one opponent outside of a pure 1v1 situation.
